Popular Sleep Aid Melatonin

Melatonin is one very popular sleep aid. As well as other biorhythms, melatonin is a hormone responsible for regulating sleep and waking cycles. This substance is naturally produced in our bodies but its production declines as we grow. Studies show that its effects have helps users to fall asleep faster, but have no effect on total sleep time.
