What Can You Get For Having Not Enough Quality Sleep?

Getting enough quality sleep? How do you know if you have one? Those are sleep deprived often look the part. Dark circles or the sleepy look, feel groggy are common. But they also have unpredictable moods, drowsiness during the day, weak immune system, having difficulty of concentration and getting sick more. Sounds familiar?

As a matter of fact poor can affect the ability to perform tasks involving memory, logical reasoning and learning. This may contribute to mistakes or unfulfilled potential at school or on the job. As well as strained relationships at home.

What is more disturbing is that inadequate amount of sleep can be linked to increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, depression and heart disease.
